1. Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary Skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC and Test methodologies
- Good knowledge of defect life cycle & Agile concepts
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Good knowledge of testing concepts
- Knowledge of test case creation and execution
- Working knowledge of SQL Queries, IIS & basic network configuration
- Complex problem solving
- Ability to diagnose & address application issues
Technical Requirements:
- Mandatory knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript and HTML or a willingness to learn these skills.
- HTML, XML, Web services.
- Good knowledge of STLC.
- Good knowledge of manual testing of web-based & window-based applications.
- Knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (BSc in CS/IT, BCA, or MCA).
- Certification in Automation Testing.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
