Role Summary:
We are looking for a client-facing Sales & Marketing professional who can support enterprise sales activities, participate in client meetings, deliver product demos, and manage CRM-driven sales operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with BFSI, Insurance, or Manufacturing clients and should be comfortable interacting with clients, understanding requirements, and explaining solutions clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Sales Support:
- Participate in client meetings, sales pitches, discovery calls, and follow-ups
- Support senior sales leaders during client interactions and proposal discussions
- Act as a professional front-facing representative of the organization
- Coordinate internally with sales, product, and technical teams to support deals
- Attend client meetings, demos, and industry events when required
2. Product Demos & Solution Understanding:
- Deliver and support product demos and solution walkthroughs
- Develop a working understanding of the company’s products, workflows, and architecture
- Explain solution features and technical workflows in a clear, client-friendly manner
- Work closely with technical teams to stay updated on product capabilities
3. CRM Ownership:
- Take hands-on responsibility for Zoho CRM or any other similar CRM usage and management
- Manage lead capture, lead qualification, pipeline stages, and deal tracking
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, reporting, and process discipline
- Support sales and marketing teams in effective CRM adoption
- Coordinate basic CRM workflow improvements as needed
4. Sales & Marketing Execution:
- Support lead follow-ups and sales coordination activities
- Assist in execution of sales and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with external agencies where required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Mandatory:
- 4–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, or Client-Facing roles in a technology-focused environment
- Hands-on working experience with CRM
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confidence in client interactions and presentations
- Basic to intermediate understanding of enterprise technology solutions
2. Preferred / Good to Have:
- Experience working with BFSI, Insurance, or Manufacturing companies
- Domain Knowledge of Document Management System, IDP , OCR etc. is an added advantage
- Exposure to enterprise software, workflow tools, or automation platforms
- Experience attending events or conferences
