We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Enterprise Sales professional with strong experience in the BFSI sector who can drive new business acquisitions, build strategic client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities within Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, FinTechs, and other BFSI organizations.
- Generate qualified leads through market networking, references, industry events, and strategic prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, IT Heads, Operations Heads, and Procurement teams.
Enterprise Sales
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery meetings and understand customer business challenges.
- Position Extrieve’s products as enterprise business solutions.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Product teams during demonstrations and POCs.
Revenue Generation
- Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customers.
Commercial Management
- Prepare proposals and commercial offers.
- Participate in contract negotiations and enterprise deal closures.
- Support RFP, RFI, and RFQ submissions.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Share customer feedback and business opportunities with internal teams.
Reporting
- Maintain CRM hygiene and sales forecasts.
- Provide weekly pipeline updates and business reports.
Candidate Profile
- 6–10 years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in selling technology solutions to BFSI customers.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Software, Workflow Automation, ECM, DMS, IDP, AI, or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Existing networks within the BFSI industry will be a significant advantage.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven with a strong hunter mindset and passion for business development.
